For your case, if config file cannot be created, try creating it manually by adding config.php file the Logic Invoice root directory. (place it beside index.php file)

Hi I need help in Installation.

Configuration Files Creatable Recommend -Yes Detected -No So How I can make the detected to YES.

I also unable to See my admin panel. I have installed with NO options in above case.

If you installed when it says 'no', it means no config files were created.

Add a config.php file with the following details, edit it accordingly. Change the URL to your website's URL, change the username and password of the database accordingly as well.

I am using wamp on windows 10. How do i install logic invoice in a sub folder?

You can upload the files into the sub folder, then go to http://localhost/folder. The installation page should come up and you can install and use it as per normal.

I am unable to install I fill in the details in the installation and I get this error message,
" Access denied for user 'username'@'localhost' (using password: YES)"
my credentials are correct I have rechecked them. I contacted my host and they were no help at all.

Username / Host entered is incorrect, that's usually the issue.

Ok, Esmond, but when you say that we would have to create manually, could you explain exactly where we have to create it (config.php) directory? And, if we give permissions to main folder to write could be better, restarting the installation from zero, obviously?

config.php file has to be created at the root directory where logic invoice is installed (the directory where you should see the admin, application, system folder etc)

You can also give write permission to the directory, and re-run the installation.
